Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Nottingham - Gateway, Nottingham

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The grand room with a massive rain drop shower and bath was perfect for the two of us, although a bit noisy with doors in between rooms. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location was convenient for getting into Nottingham city center, although a bit lacking in dining options in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a few minor drawbacks.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, though there were a few ups and downs. The rooms overlooking the main road were not as clean as expected for the price, but the ones over the moat at the front of the hotel were spotless and well-equipped. The service was top-notch despite a slight wait, and the location was ideal for our needs. The dining experience offered a great variety of well-cooked options, although some wished for larger portions. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room for improvement.

The Doubletree hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary items for a great stay. The staff were very helpful and obliging, especially when I had to extend my booking due to illness. The location, although not central, offered a large, light, and airy reception area with a beautiful setting. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious buffet options. However, there were some concerns about the steak in the restaurant being overcooked and a tasteless veggie option.
